I am hoping that this laptop will help me post more photos. Our OLD computer is about to go kerplunk I think!?
The bottle tree that I have already posted is the 2nd one that I have made. I hope to post the first one that I am not as happy with but it is outside at Dees' Dream!
Do you know the story behind the bottle tree? Back in the olden days when people did not have much, they collected bottles and placed them on tree limbs. They thought that the pretty blue bottles captured the evil spirits as well as being pretty. I had this tree right here where it is pictured and a big wind blew it over in spite of the heavy tire rim that is the base. It broke 2 of my pretty blue bottles, so I moved the tree further up the hill, hoping that the wind would not blow it over again. The 2nd one I made has spikes to hammer into the ground to hold it firmly. The only problem doing that here is that there is so much rock in the ground, it is hard to hammer a spike in to it.

New Projects Update March 8, 2014
Just wanted to be sure that we are linked to our upcoming Dees' Dream Rock Party in Golden Missouri (15th year) in 2014.
I have not been on this blog in a LONG time...but wanted to post a few photos of what I have been creating in the last years.
